Bandsaw machines don’t cut anything, bandsaw blades do. Naturally, the machine is an important component to successful cutting and so is the blade. Genesis

This blade, as are all Peerless Brand Bandsaw Blades, is manufactured under the ISO Certified Quality System to meet an exacting, intentionally recognized quality standard. Genesis blades are an economical and shock resistant blade achieved by electron beam welding an 8% cobalt Matrix High Speed Steel wire to a flexible backing material. The result is a bi-metal bandsaw blade that is able to absorb the shock of demanding applications and retain a sharp cutting edge. Genesis blades are ideal for general-purpose applications, interrupted cuts, smaller material, structural shapes and non-exotic materials.

Genesis Elite

Made with M42 High Speed Steel Teeth, this blade is designed for cutting solid materials, larger material, carbon steel to nickel based alloys, tool steels, die steels and more. 4/6 pitch blades and coarser teeth boast an aggressive positive rake for challenging the most demanding jobs. The Genesis Elite is ideal for most production cutting applications.

Fabricator I

Finally, a bandsaw blade designed specifically for cutting structural beams. The Peerless Fabricator I is designed to maximize productivity when cutting beams by reducing the harmonic vibrations that destroys blade life. This is accomplished by a special tooth design. The wider set of this blade reduces the chance of pinching as the beam stress relieves during the cutting process.
