Daito's CNC beam drill lines for the structural steel fabricator is broad and encompassing. Daito offers their simple DNE700 Drill entry-level drill lines which offers the smaller to medium size fabricator the ability for 1 operator to drill up to 800 tons in a month working only 5 days a week and 8 hours per day with only a single drill line. With Daito's unique moving spindles, fixed work method, all this without having to flip-flop the beam line and, thus, lose valuable production time.

Fastest Drill Line In The World

Daito has recently introduced the world's fastest drill line in their CSD Series drills for the structural fabrication industry. These spectacular new drill lines deliver spindle speeds in excess of 2,200 and feed pressure more than 1 ton which help produce holes as fast as 2.9 seconds for a 7/8" drill through ¾” thick sections. Speed, Accuracy, Ease of Operation, Flexibility - Daito says it all.

Naturally, with Daito's dominance in band saw machine technology it is only natural that Daito would offer the finest in tandem or cell systems where the drill and the saw are positioned near each other and linked together electronically. One Operator controls both machines so that both drilling and sawing of structural members is now as easy as pushing one button.
